Business degrees do not equal Indie boys

Which makes for a boring accounting and statistics class. Who do I creep on? My best bet for the Indie pop is my Comm class. Or the coffee shops I walk to and pretend I'm doing Liberal Arts homework so they aren't turned off by the Business degree.

On a different note: my phone has kicked the can, I used my mini-stove for the first time tonight, and I still don't have silverware. I wash and reuse my plastic utensils. Trashy or eco-friendly? You decide.

Fetus Photos

They creep me out half the time. I am making a vow to everyone right now that I will not be posting anything of the sort ever*. I don't even want to see my one-day child as an/a almond/walnut/kiwi etc., so why would you?

This, I'm afraid, is spurred on by a prof pic I saw.

I will never.

*note: this is subject to small amounts of change if/when I become pregnant in the distant future.

Yoga is my Boyfriend

I mean it makes sense:

-It's always there for me
-Makes me feel great about myself
-Relaxes me
-Doesn't expect anything from me except effort
-Takes me as I am
-We get sweaty together in all these great positions
-it's HOT
-and makes me hot

All I could ask for, and more. Too bad it's short lived!

Being Home

Is so good.

And to think I was preparing to 'grow up' upon my arrival home. I'll save that nonsense for later. For now, I have a little McCall, cabin-on-the-lake, weekend getaway to partake in and further my tan.

Hit it and quit it

Okay, not really. But I have to wonder if all parties involved realize things are rapidly approaching a dead end?

American Uni's

I miss you. I miss your grading system, and your little assignments I used to see as busy work but will never complain about again, and your clear instruction on assignments worth a God-awfully large amount of my grade, and your final tests that aren't 40 minutes from campus and 40% of my grade, and so much more..

I don't feel like I can do anything right here. I got one good grade on one bloody test. I suck at everything else. I can't even do photography. Photography for Heaven's sake. Who knew I was going to have to Photoshop my way to a passing grade. AND, sweet little tutor lady grades impossibly hard. I hate the statement "could have done this/perhaps this would've been a good idea." I GUARANTEE if I would have done those things she would have found something else that "perhaps, I could have done." This folks, is what one could describe as a lose-lose situation.

Dear Deakin, try to stop being impossible. K, thanks
